New Site

Well, I finally got the Kamprath Brauerei website up and running. Not much content yet, but intend to use this space to talk about my beer and beer in general. Coincidentally, two things happened today in my brewing adventures: I bottled my first batch of the Fat Tire Clone recipe published by BYO a few months ago, and I received my chest freezer which I will be using for lagering. My first lager with be Northern Brewer's Oktoberfest lager kit. I'll probably try to knock out another lager before the Oktoberfest festivities. I'm thinking of a Dos Equis clone, but we'll see.
